When our bodies aren’t ready, we don’t do physically stressful things.
So, if your mindset isn’t ready, why would you force yourself to do those things too?
You’re always in control.
If you need more time, let people know.
If you’ll want something, you’ll find a way to work on it, and build that mental strength.
And then, finally, when you’re ready, that’s when you should commit.
